Ban from bo2 for nothing i know

Hi, i played bo2 today and i wished continue this evening, i launch the game, i made a class and i opened the server browser and nothing happens, no servers. I relaunch the game and the launcher ask me to authentificate me, i do and after that "You have been banned... he will expire in 7 days" but, why?
I really don't know why i'm banned, maybe for a reason, i think but i want to know this reason.

EDIT : I have see a post saying "You can only be banned for cheating" but, what the fuck ? i didn't cheat, i don't want to cheat and i don't know how i can install a cheat.
I am deeply sure that there is a mistake

Bro same thing happened to me these devs need to fix this problem bc I was at work then I launched plutonium and I was banned for nothing at all and the staff member I was talking too was rude asf about the situation calling me a “cheater kid” when I’m 19 with 2 jobs I don’t got time to do all that skid stuff -
