Voice Chat Not Working?

Hello,
I own a search and destroy server with voice chat enabled and quality set to 5. however i do not hear people when they try to talk. Is this a known issue?

Have you checked cl_voice ?
There are lots of values regarding voice.
In order to talk in voice chat, you have to hold letter Z (basically push to talk).
You can also check settings for voice by going into Settings, and then Voice chat.
There's a scale from 0 to 1 for voice from other players, and another scale from 0 to 1 for your own voice recording. You can also check if your microphone is picking up your voice. -
Voice chat on Bo2 dedicated servers is currently broken.
