I dot it 3 times and verify that I do it during installing the dlc files.
I also verify on my files that everything is in.
So idk why it don't work have you ever see that ?

i had same problem didnt work with steam version of the game soon as i downloaded plutoniums pirated bo2 version and installed it and dlcs with it and changed direct from steam to that it started working with dlc maps
