Bo2 pluto launcher problem

Hello I have got an error with my pluto launcher when i launch it says The program cant start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem and i have reinstalled many times can you help many thanks.

They both say setup failed

Sorry for replying late they say setup failed and then an error code and I’m on 8.1
_Valtz_ please provide the error code or a screenshot.. win8.1 is barely supported by us still.. you should think about upgrading to 10 or 11.
Try installing all available windows updates and this:
