How do you install game mod on plutonium

i've been trying to play bo1 reimagined but installing game mod is different with the cracked version than it is with steam so I have no idea how to install it

@TripleJOlt game_mod is unsupported on Plutonium. You'll have to use the vanilla game in order to use it.
