origins bug

I have a strange error that only occurs in Origins. For example next to a door when I want to buy it it says zm_tomb_do instead of pressing ''f'' to buy. i have my language settings on germany but when i set it to english the bug dissapears but i want to have the game set on germany.

it's not a bug you are missing the localization stings / fast files for the language you are playing the game in. pls repair your game files.
