Unable to buy Stamin Up

I find it quite weird that on every map stamin up is added, it works fine but not on five, 9/10 the times it is just impossible to buy the perk or only being able to buy the perk only once per game (meaning it is impossible to rebuy it when you get downed or any player to buy the perk as well). I really don't know why it happens or if any of the scripts could be conflicting with it (i assume it would be the no perk limit one but im not sure)

Pistakilla winters howl buff, the zombie counters, the fix to mule kick to spawn, the new drops, moon ee enabler, the fix for players to actually buy more than 4 perks after joining, three hit scripit, to be able to trade weapons from the box and the spawn fix

try and remove some of them -

try and remove some of themhindercanrun already tried removing pretty much every single script but not the winter's howl one, ill check if that fixes it, at the time i didnt think this script would break it, but worth checking

@on-the-bingle that seemed to be the issue, i'll let it be like this for now till im 100% sure it was that, but thanks in any case
