prueba con una vpn, me paso ayer algo igual o parecido y creo que es por los bloqueos de la liga, una vez inicia plutonium puedes quitar la vpn

which internet box they have ? when it doesnt run with activated UPNP. you can try to set the port rules for that feature (on your box) but i can imagine that the box have stock settings that dont allow it. the easyst way in germany is buy a fritzbox on ebay and set it one time the right way hope a can help boys and sry my eng. is bad i know.

@Bary-Den language is changed thru steam. Right click on the game, click properties and then under General -> Language, select your language.

yeah so basically what you have to do is, go to the folder where your problem is located, right click, go to properties and verify integrity files, this should fix the problem, hope this helps!
