I got banned on zombies

I forgot to put the LAN mode on the launcher, then i tried a trainer i downloaded somewhere
I didn't use the trainer in any public match (Just tried on solo a couple of times and i deleted it) and i tried to make a new account but now i have to wait 20 days, there is some friends that wants to play with me and i can't because im banned. can you unban me please?
