Guys i was wondering why you show the server ip in the terminal when a person connects to the server. I know that there are other very easy ways to get the ip of the connection but I think that just by not showing this information in the terminal, it would already help to stop some kids who copy this ip and paste it on the first website that they find on google of a free ddos.

  • Who cares if we show it or not?
IP Addresses are public information and should be treated as such.

  • //Locking this since IPs are not private information, can be grabbed easily even without printing them and the few ways to actually hide them in a client like this require many, many dedicated servers that cost a few thousand € every month.
