Launcher won't start without error

I've tried both solutions but I still get the same error.

TONCHO remove reshade if you got it installed.

TONCHO either in your game folder or in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin. If you're unsure post screenshots of both folders.

TONCHO ah no nvm, %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin. Just post a screenshot of that. You should know if you installed reshade tho, it's not smth that comes with plutonium.

TONCHO nothing, reshade is not installed.
Install all 3 of those:
