    • try removing steam_api.dll from your game folder.
    • do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
    • right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
    • upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here

Kaneely hit windows key + R and type

          winver

into the run window then hit enter.

Dss0 I tried to play BO2 via Steam and i'll get this error "Unhandled Exception Caught". I tried the compatibility solution, the DX and redist solution. It might be a problem with windows 10

Kaneely the dump file is corrupted but the memory address it crashes at indicates it's a crash outside of pluto's code.
Try updating your graphics drivers, you can also try this:

                • open the start menu and search for "cmd"
                • run cmd as admin
                • execute the following command
                dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

                • after dism has finished repairing your system restart your pc

Dss0 After dism finished, i restarted the pc and it worked. But then i changed my solution and it crashed, since then it keeps crashing and showing the same error again. I even tried dism setup again and restarted, but it still keeps crashing

Kaneely try going to your bo2 game folder then open the "players" folder. In there you should find config files called plutonium_zm and plutonium_mp.cfg, open those with notepad and search for "r_fullscreen" then change it's value to "2" and save the file.

Dss0 There was only "plutonium.cfg" in the "players" folder and the value change didn't solve anything 😞 I even reinstalled the Plutonium Launcher twice
