Ban Appeal

id like to know if i can appeal my ban for plutonium. I didnt know i was supposed to log into LAN mode because i didnt know that was an option, i loaded into a private lobby using xpartygo and spawnbots. i did not have any attempt to mod in an online/public match. instead i thought if i played with a private bot lobby i was allowed to use mods since it didnt affect anybody
