BO2 Zombies doesn't start :c

I've installed Black Ops 2 and the launcher, but the plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe just hangs for a couple minutes and then gives me the error: Could not authenticate to Plutonium: snowroller uninitialized.
The FAQ says that this error is caused by an outdated versoin of Plutonium. My version is: Core version r2016, and Launcher version 2.2.1.. is this up to date? I am also launching using plutonium.exe
I'm using steam version with DLCs installed.

The launcher updates itself when you start it. If it's not doing it this means you pinned the launcher while it was running.
To fix this unpin Plutonium from your taskbar, make sure Plutonium is closed and pin plutonium.exe again.If this still doesn't work maybe getting clean files from the install guide would fix this.
