parameter is incorrect

Tried to run the plutonium launcher and it says paramaterr is incorrect,i also moved the .exe file to my desktop and tried to launch it but it says you cannot access this item or something like that and it vanishes.Ive tried to enable full control by the system and its users in its Properties but it didnt work.

SharkoKing364 have you tried running it as admin? Could you post a screenshot of the error message?
