This issue can be caused by 3 things:
- you're missing redistributables/.net 4.7.2 (see post i linked above)
- you're on win7 or 8 (which we don't support) or you're using the very first version of win10 (1503/1507), you need to be on version 1607 or later
- your antivirus is blocking it

but redistributables/.net 4.7.2 won't to be installed on my pc
my version windows is 1511
i need to update my pc to can install it and run launcher ? -
