launcher close it self

i got a problem which when i downloaded the launcher and run it , it doesn t work
it close it self
i did try many solution any help pls ?

This issue can be caused by 3 things:

• you're missing redistributables/.net 4.7.2 (see post i linked above)
• you're on win7 or 8 (which we don't support) or you're using the very first version of win10 (1503/1507), you need to be on version 1607 or later
• your antivirus is blocking it

but redistributables/.net 4.7.2 won't to be installed on my pc
my version windows is 1511
i need to update my pc to can install it and run launcher ?
