Error for download plutonium win 32

we dont support windows 32 bit we only support 64 bit

JeanBr8 hold on. Are you actually using a 32 bit installation of windows or not? Infact, which version of windows are you running exactly? (e.g. win10 v1607 64bit)

Dss0 doubt he is, it's 2021 afterall. I'm confident he meant "plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" but other than that I have no clue what he's trying to say.

JeanBr8 you need to start the launcher via plutonium.exe (the file you downloaded off our site), launching it via plutonium-launcher-win32.exe will cause the error you're getting.
