При установке плутоний ничего не происходит т.е при нажатии на ярлык плутония он появляется в диспетчере задач и пропадает OC WINDOWS 10x64 pro сборка 10240

That build isn't supported. Min. requirements for Pluto is win10 1607 build. Apply all feature updates to your Windows then try launching Pluto again.
