So i just found out my last issue had a fix, but so i thought. the thing cant even run on my pc so the given application does not work. please any alternatives? so i can fix my texture d3d11: cannot create texture
CapsiXBL Which OS are you using? This is the official link to Direct X install, try it.
Also make sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date -
I'm assuming you're on a 32bit PC? That isn't supported, Pluto only works on x64.
