Black screen problem

hello I have a problem when I play as a zombie the screen turns black but yet I hear the sound of the games I manage to move shoot but the screen remains black. suddenly I have to close the games. thank you while waiting for a quick response

same problem but on certain maps such as mtd, origins and whenever i go to the discord bo2 support they suggest using windowed full screen or some script i need to add to the cmd prompt thing,

okay, make your own post instead of replying to a year old post.
just go to bo2 settings then change it to windowed fullscreen.easy as that.
