- try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium/info.json
- try running the launcher as admin
- try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
- if you have bit defender or any other 3rd party antivirus software with a firewall feature try turning it off
