Sahex don't know. Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium/info.json.

- try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
- try syncing your system time
- if you have any 3rd party firewall software (e.g. bitdefender) disable it
