hey friends, sorry for my bad english but i´m from germany.
i will install plutonium but no reaction on windows 8.
Firewall off
AntiVirus off
need help please.

Win8 or win8.1? Win8 isn't supported, but if it's 8.1, you need to install this before running Plutonium https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer
