    Hi there! I launched Plutonium to play and it started doing this update but it froze for an hour at this point. i checked in the task manager and the updater is not using connection. how can i solve?

        hi my friend is getting this problem too but turning off the antivirus didnt work

          Dylpickle115 If you're using a third party antivirus defender then it can still cause issues even if its excluded or turned off. Either way you need to uninstall it cause Windows Defender is actually all you need, assuming that your friends device is either Windows 10/11. But it's your friend's choice.

            WolflexZ he disabled his windows aswell, its just freezing when downloading "nuked" it gets a certain point through it then stops downloading
