Just follow the guide. If that's too hard for you consider doing custom games instead https://plutonium.pw/docs/custom-games/ or just joining an empty server and get your friends to do the same.

If you're playing in an internet cafe you won't be able to host public servers anyways as that requires port forwarding. If you want to play with other people in the cafe just host a private match and let them connect to you via the console using your pc's lan ip.

mbazooka Ok if you want to set up a server go see the guide to be able to make a server https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t6/setting-up-a-server/ or 2 create a group in a Custom Games with your friends https://plutonium.pw/docs/custom-games/ It is not that difficult just read the guides correctly.
