Dome im sorry, its not a proof of anything. The server can be modded and allow players to move during pre-match. Is something many custom servers do.

Dome This isn't a cheat, it's an exploit. During the start of the game its possible to move during the countdown by switching to codcaster and back to your team and then spawning in.
