If you do not have these folders, make them.

I have Two questions :

what is the difference between Quick Revive WaW version and the other once (bo1\bo2\bo3...)
how can I install the Bo1 version

WaW quick revive does not provide any self revives and price is 1500, not 500; it is completely useless in solo.
You will need to look into getting game_mod if you have steam or follow the instructions on pluto for mod loading
