Plutonium Launcher Authentication Loop

Stuck on this Authenticating screen. Noticed that many people have had this problem with no set solution.
Here are the solutions I've tried:
-Restarted PC
-Uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled
-Changed DNS to 1.1.1.1
-Opened registry editor and deleted all plutonium files
-Used a VPN
-Created a new account
-Deleted info.json (I've also seen a solution to delete .config, but my file does not have .config)
-Flushed DNSIf there is anything new that somebody can give me, please do.

What antivirus do you use? Disable its firewall feature if it has one. Also try another VPN.
