Launcher Crashes When I Press "Play"

When trying to launch Black Ops 2, the launcher just crashes and the game doesn't load. No matter how much I try again, it keeps crashing. Any help?

Could be a lot of issues, maybe you didn't select the correct directory. You should atleast get an error.
