Error when i start te server

i tried to create a server for bo2 zombies, but when i start te .bat tat happens
i ave the T4 config files on the game files, just i change the port to anotherone not the default

use t6 files, not t4.
t4 = waw
t6 = bo2 -
thx now i dont have error, but the problem right now are, the server doesnt appear, just appear one time and after that doesnt apper anymore.
i use the same pc for the server and for play the game, in the tutorial say put diferent port i tested the same port of the game 4976 and a diferent port 4977 but nothing happen, just appear one time, if i join its insta kick and after that doesnt appear more

my friend can join and play my server, but when i try on my pc doesnt appear

adriango your router may not support wan loopback, join your server via the console using your lan ip.
connect 192.168.x.x:4977
