Banned for switching HDD's

I had tried to log into my pluto account the other day and discovered it was banned! Yet i havent use cheats nor any injectors. So the cause im assuming is the hdd switch. I have VIP on the account and can prove the credentials if needed.

FragsAreUs I didnt know if it would extend the time of the ban or what not, if I may ask what I did to deserve the ban and if I could somehow appeal i guess..
