So I found out about plutonium and its revived cod community (which is pretty nice I've been playing it for a couple of days). However, now that I try to play single player, it looks like this file has gone missing every since I installed plutonium.exe. please help huhu

Jzcommand Plutonium deletes steam_api.dll when you start a game through the Plutonium launcher which is required for games on Steam.

To fix this quickly you can repair your game in Steam and it'll re-download the file

To prevent that from happening in the future you can keep a backup of steam_api.dll and put it back in the game when you play on Steam

It's not a steam game, I launch the application straight from the game file folder. Single-player worked fine until I installed plutonium. Hopefully this can be resolved~

Jzcommand there's nothing to "resolve" I explained everything.
Your game needs steam_api.dll outside of Plutonium and you don't have it anymore so get it back

I tried to get it verified through the steam process but it didn't show up. Is there an alternative way to get the dll file?

I just kept it as it is, and installed another copy of the same game in a different location and played campaign from it. The Plutonium one only for multiplayer
