Plutonium Launcher -Application error (0x000007b)

When i try to launch plutonium i get this error :
Any ideas ?

PDEL install these:

If it still doesn't work try excluding the plutonium folder in %localappdata% from scanning in your av software: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/

I already have those installed and im still getting this error. And my AV is off....

Also what AV do you use? Doesn't matter if its off.
