certificate verify failed

i've tried all possible solutions, dns change, reinstall, i than got a pop up finally on the launcher that looked like hope, it displayed (Launcher up to date) than went back to it's original problem, but if anyone can actually help without having to full wipe my pc, i'll gladly do it

Is your system time/date synced? Have you tried a VPN? You're definitely outdated though, delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and run the launcher again.

HannesC did that, and then re tried it with the other known steps towards a fix, just kept going
