plutonium launcher bug

hello I need help to solve this error of the plutonium launcher I can not start it and the launcher was working fine suddenly it stopped working and I tried changing my dns by deactivating the anti virus and with a vpn and nothing works I uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled it and the mistake haunts!

H2Smoke this is a network issue.
Change DNS or use a VPN.
