Also make sure you're on windows 10 v1607 or later (windows key + R -> "winver" into the run box -> enter). -

*+AppleTiser+* search for event viewer in the start menu, open it and go to windows logs -> application. Now look for any errors that get logged after you try to start the launcher and screenshot their description.
