For some reasons everytimes I join any server I get this error
weapon index mismatch for "ak47_zm"
or even this error
"Cant connect to activision server"
or the famous
"No avalaibles sessions were found"I cannot play any server or join any server. Any possible fix?

I get the same thing. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall at this point.

make sure you are on the latest version which is r3266 and if you are then the server is probably outdated and needs to update

iBullzeye8 in the launcher click your avatar on the top right, version will be displayed on the bottom. Or just open the console in-game, it displays the version as well.

This means that either the server you are connecting to or your client is outdated. If the server is outdated, there's not much you can do about it. For your client: run plutonium.exe (and always launch using this exe) to start your client.

Updating my launcher worked.
I had it pinned and that prevents it from updating every time it's opened.
Launch from plutonium.exe every time you play to stay current.
