MimeMine you need to use a vpn to play i'm guessing? Plutonium itself doesn't block vpns, you'd have to ask the server hosters to whitelist your vpn ip. https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/14/server-advertising-promotion-and-introduction-thread

China is very strict with censorship. Especially with Gaming. They need to use a VPN for almost anything to avoid punishment and they even restrict under the age of 18 to play for a few hours a day.
