hishxnng Windows 11 is basically Windows 10 reskin, not much has changed. You can play normally.

You can with any version of Windows from Windows 8.1 and above. I play on Plutonium on Windows 11 since Windows 11 release without any issue or tweak.

Not True. Windows 11 BO2 will not allow mouse inputs. If there is a way PLEASE tell me. Cursor will not attach inside of window. Therefor, only clicking and scroll wheel inputs will work but not mouse movement.

I use W11 and it works fine. Not sure what to tell you.
