m47ll did you find a fix to this ?
Me and my friend are facing the same problem and we tried to fix it for an hour but without any luck, disable firewall try a different network, try VPN. nothing worked.
Also it was running great about a week ago.

Did you update the client correctly, because most users have their plutonium launcher set as a shortcut or pinned to taskbar. That prevents the launcher from updating, I suggest to run the launcher directly

RedxSkull i did try running it from the actual file and once more with admin rights,
          my luncher version is 2.2.1
And the core version is r3266
I assume these are up-to-date but could you confirm please ?
Also I'm assuming that the luncher and games are working normally for you ? and thus this is not a server problem.

Yes your up-to-date. Perhaps it can also be your Anti Virus you having running in the background like Windows defender or a 3rd party AV. Just add this folder into the exclusion list

              AppData\Local\Plutonium

hindercanrun will do that, not sure it'll fix it though.

RedxSkull it may be, I'm gonna try your suggestion and of that didn't work I'll try removing the plutonium from appdata and download it's files again, maybe that will fix the problem.
