Vtuber texture pack

I'm very new to this whole plutonium thing, but i do play a lot of minecraft. I was wondering since you could make skins for guns and what not, if you could make some of these skins feature certain characters. If i could do it myself I would, but i don't get much time on this computer since my mom doesn't like it when i play violent games..
to be more specific, I want either oozora subaru or any english vtuber holoive skin for my guns. here is some images of the characters i like : )

hindercanrun Helo, I am a good friend of his. What exactly can you edit? like what kind of parts? like guns? if you can, change the gun skins to something relating to vtubers, that's what he wants.

hindercanrun I think a gun texture pack would work the best as it would remain in the player's view all the time, never to be separated from their vtuber. Menu textures could also be a nice touch.

honestly it would be nice if there was a sort of self-serve way that didn't require a lot of custom work...

sasukex9x9x9 no, what I meant was you can add all the stuff I said, but it’s manually, not automatically.
yes it could be possible through using bots, stuff like that, but u will probably not get much help on that.
