T6 Server Failed to initialize IW4M admin

I have looked everywhere and cant see my issue it says could not get the dvar value for version every thing I could check is checked and people can join the server in game so I know the port is working what is going on

Did you ever get this fixed having the same issue now and been looking for a fix for a while
