bajokitch we can't read any of that. If your windows username contains such characters that might be an issue (as the launcher stores files in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium).
You can try changing the install location for the client files. Download this and put it next to plutonium.exe https://drive.google.com/file/d/11epf1bnxmzYUDpXlkvUzGcX6THAJAqAL/view?usp=sharing then start it.
If that works you have to use that batch file to start the launcher from now on.Another reason for this could be that the pluto cdn is being blocked by your isp/dns. Try using a vpn if you have one and try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)

Dss0 Reason why we can't read it is because it's in Hebrew. As far as I know, I know nothing about Hebrew. But from the GUI, I know that this is Avast.
bajokitch add Plutonium folder to exceptions, and avoid having any unsupported characters in your PC username, else you won't be able to get Plutonium running, as it is stored in %localappdata%. Characters like ั, ลก, and so on aren't supported.
