that's only true if your router doesn't support wan loopback or it's turned off.
Gabarron_ post a screenshot of your server console and your port forwarding settings.

ah, thanks friends, before it appeared..., but I've heard cases about it, is it possible to play in lan, without having a server with one or more friends?

Gabarron_ you can play private match with friends in online mode, you currently can't play offline with friends.
