We won't ban someone because you say he's cheating. You need to show a video or a demo showing him clearly cheating -

Ghost420_ People troll all the time on the servers to scare people and it looks like he just copy and paste that. If you want 100% proof he is cheating then view the demos. If he is cheating then submit the video for staff to take action.

Don't take it that plutonium doesn't take action against cheaters. They do, but they need valid proof. Senseless to ban someone without any proof, you know what I mean.

- Probably the client can allow a name longer then 16 char.
- The client is made on the free time from cool devs.
The user name its not a proof of anything. The staff is asking for a clip or a demo file of the game.

And I'll say it again if you see a cheater then simply record a clip proving it and post it. If the user clearly appears to be cheating he will be banned.
We don't just ban people based on user request or shady names
