    Hello, I have recently installed Plutonium because I want to play BO2. However, I receive an error message that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

    I looked up the error code and it says "An example of this is when a 32-bit application tries to execute itself on a 64-bit system", and when I take a look at the error message, the window is named "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" I installed it from the main download page, how do I get the 64-bit version?

    Side note: It says I'm also missing VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll even though I already have C++ (x64) installed. I'm not sure if this is related to the main issue. I don't know much about software (or computers in general) so any clarification on this would also be helpful.

      Redist
      Errors related to D3DCOMPILER_43.dll, XINPUT1_3.dll, D3DX9_37.dll, MSVCP140.dll or VCRUNTIME140.dll are caused by missing redistributable on your system.
      To fix this a member of the staff created a script that will download and install all the redistributable (redist) required to get Plutonium running.
      Download and open the script from the link below and let it finish to download and install every redist (Direct X, Visual C++ etc.)
      Then once it says it's finished you can close it and start your game.
      https://github.com/chxseh/redist-installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat

      The speed varies depending on your download speed and on your PC specs.
      The script is safe so if you get a message from Windows click on "More info" and "Run anyway". You can always right click on it and click edit to see what's inside.

      If for any reason it doesn't work read below
      Download and install all the redist below even if you already have them installed

      Visual C++ 2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840
      Visual C++ 2015 RC: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

        Thank you so much for your help! Do I need to keep qBittorrent open while the game file is seeding?

            zombiestopper167 no seeding simply means you're uploading for other people it doesn't do anything other than let people download from you
