How to fix perks in sino noma waw ??

Hello I'm new so sorry if the question has already been asked.. how to fix the mastodon and speedcola perks on shino numa waw so as not to have to restart the game if they are not where I want? THANKS. I want them: speedcola at the spinning trap and joggerog at the out of map. thank you

theres nothing wrong with the perks, its just luck dependent
