Hi guys, I tried to run the launcher directly by the file: "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\al\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin".
I get a white page with some errors related to Directx11:

    GPUDriverD3D11::CreateTexture, unable to create texture
GPUDriverD3D11::CreateTexture, unable to create shader recource view for texture
GPUDriverD3D11::CreateTexture, unable to create render target.

What I cannot understand is that I'm already running Directx12.
Moreover I was smoothly playing BO2 on Plutonium before the last update.

Here below my computer (Desktop) specs:
    Windows 10
AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor4200+ 2.2GHz
    4GB RAM

Do you have an idea what could it be?

Bender Ok, the 9600GT only supports DX10. Here is a solution that works according to HannesC :

        1. Download this file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fTzQtshdqhoUziaHpwxUY7gN0BidStnR/view?usp=sharing
        2. Run it
        3. Click "Edit List..."
        4. Click the three dots right of the "enter a process or folder name" field and select "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\al\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin"
        5. tick the "force warp" checkbox and select "11_0" from the "feature level limit" dropdown menu
        6. hit ok and try launching the plutonium launcher

Bender since you're just forcing it, mind it it's just a workaround. Lags a little on the launcher, but once the launcher closes you can play smoothly in game. However, it crashes at random times, might be 3 mins , might be 30 mins

Is there a way to let it run on x86 OS? Or maybe is there a version for 32bit Win? yours seems to work only on x64 OS...

HannesC sure, as soon as possible I will share mine!
But just for my understanding : is only the launcher using the directx 11 libraries or the game itself? Because it sounds so strange to me that I was able to blay BO2 before the update with the same hardware that now is giving me so many troubles...

Can you guys please check if a normal install of DirectX comes with dxcpl? I do have one with the SDK so please press Win+ R and type dxcpl then press OK.

HannesC in this case it would be a pity to have all this annoying stuffs just for a cool launcher...
Nothing to complain on the job itself, that's great. I'm just saying that if it increases uselessly the requirements needed to play, don't know if it's really worth it...

As promised I share the link to file dxcpl x86 version:

                                  https://www.pconlife.com/download/otherfile/19365/ab15a3543d6b9f15e5285ab7f9b6aa58/

By the way I played 1.5 hours continuously with no crash. It works great!

                                  Thanks guys!!!

The method works, been confirmed by multiple people. You probably didn't select the correct exe in edit list, for clarification putting plutonium.exe in it won't work, you have to add %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin/plutonium-launcher-win32.exe in it. It's clearly explained in the reply Dss0 posted, re read it again.
