Gun damage editor

I'm looking for a damage editor for mp (basically I just want to change the damage values for guns). I've searched for hours for a plugin/script/config that would be able to do this, but nothing has turned up. I know it's out there, so does anyone know where I can find it?

ugapeyton Not all scripts or plugins are open source to the public. It's possible, but you would have to figure it out if you have coding experience
